Honesty    Honesty forms the basis for a solid future. Being honest and true to yourself is always important.
As a child I always rely on my father’s promises but when it was put to the test, I was just told what I wanted to hear. As a child my grandmother would say “honest will take you through the world”.    I placed honesty at the top of my list because I believe honesty is always the best policy. Being honest and true to yourself is always important. Being ethical and truthful is a important asset. My biggest challenge when making personal and organizational decisions is telling others the truth even if they don’t want to hear it.
Personal Growth    Make use of all educational seminars, short courses available to employees with the organization. My friend was laid off from a job he devoted his own personal time and risk his safety to ensure the targeted goals of the organization was met.
Often opportunity arises to make extra monetary compensation but he refused.
