1. Introduction
The goal of this report is to outline the environment of the ESCADA AG. The internal as the external factors influence company’s development and will be presented and analysed. The coherencies inside the company as well as the impact of important shareholders will be identified and evaluated basing on the internal structures. Furthermore, the appraisement of the external factors will be done using the PESTLE analysis and the Porter’s five forces model, which will help to outline how the company seeks to become more competitive (Lynch, 2005).
