ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The direct credit will go to the researchers regardless of the report being recognized as a success or a failure. The hard working hours spent in the fields and libraries have heavily contributed towards the successful completion of this report. But, behind the scenes there were several other people who played pivotal role to finish the whole report within the specified time. Besides, the researchers had to take assistance of several people to have clear idea concerning the report itself and several other peripheral factors. Without mentioning the names of those contributors, the report will be incomplete and this part of the report will pay a tribute to all of the kind people, without the participation and assistance of whom it would have been impossible to finish the report.

First of all, the course instructor Dr. S. M. Kabir helped the researchers all the way from the start of the report to the finishing point with his valuable instructions and guidance. Besides providing vital lectures which formed the knowledge base for the researchers, he provided the researchers with detailed instructions concerning every step of the whole research process. Without these instructions, this report would have taken much longer to be finished. We would like to thank our course instructor from the bottom of our hearts.

Then, in order to have some real life experience and tips on how to make the survey successful, the researchers had contacted the customer care people at AKTEL customer care center to gain some practical insights about gathering information from cell-phone operators and their valuable opinion have been pretty helpful in developing the questionnaire and getting responses from the cell-phone users.
