             Introduction

The topic of constitutional law deals with the interpretation and implementation of the United States Constitution.  The Constitution is the most important element of the foundation of the United States, constitutional law.  The foundation deals with the fundamental relationships within our society (Cornell University, 2008).  The United States has established a policy of being a free land, one in which the population can say what they want, do what they want and feel what they want.  The founding fathers realized this was the primary basis for people coming to this country.  People in this country were free and that freedom continues today.  
    Today, we are still free to feel, act, say and do whatever we want within some defined parameters.  Some of those limits are set before us with the following questions:  What is confidential?  What is accurate?  What if you affront someone?  Today, US ...
