Company Culture

Recently a company by the name of Rejuvenation, Inc. seems to have come under attack by the media. Now I do not pretend to understand the reasoning behind the media's current attitude towards the company, nor do I claim to know all the facts about what the company has allegedly done to warrant such bad press. However, what I do know is this; you will be very hard pressed to find a company with a better company culture than Rejuvenation, Inc.
In addition, for those of you, who are not quite clear on what I mean by that, allow me to explain. A company's culture is its personality. Yes, that is right. Companies have personalities. How the members act and behave, how much they are willing to contribute to the team, how they deal with problems and how they deal with other people are all a part of the corporation’s culture and it is that culture that determines how the company deals with issues such as motivation, morale, teamwork, etc.
In addition, while most companies seem to be lacking a decent company culture these days, I can assure you that Rejuvenation, Inc. is not one of those companies. After all Rejuvenation, Inc. has always had strong moral leadership, and it is the leaders who define the company’s culture. They engage and involve their employees, maintain good communication with their staff and their community, and do not let today's tough economic environment effect the way they treat their employees or their work ethics.
I and just about any of the many people who have dealt with them over the years will be more than happy to vouch for their strong work ethics and their concern for the welfare of our community and the environment (Phegan, Barry, n.d).
