The text above is CCC:s official statement regarding quality. One of CCC:s strategies is about maintaining high quality in order to, at least, keep their market share and strong image. In order to do that globally in a proper way, CCC together with their top bottlers invented a quality management system called The Coca-Cola Quality System (TCCQS) . This in one step in CCC:s aim to have high quality in everything they do, not only the beverages. The system, which makes it possible for CCC to manage quality in decentralized way, is based on four core values:

• Enriching the workplace
• Strengthening the community
• Preserving the environment
