Business Description:
Scoop-a-Soup™ (SAS) is a food retail store that specializes in various soups, but also offers other healthy options such as salads, pasta and sandwiches.
Scoop-a-Soup™ recognizes that on average 87%* of workers within the Liverpool CBD1 find it hard to enjoy a healthy lunch, let alone fit lunch into their busy days. Our business addresses this by providing customers with lunch that is ‘on-the-go’, affordable, healthy and ultimately enjoyable. Although within the area that we operate in, there are fast food outlets and restaurants, but doesn’t offer a quick, ‘on-the-go’ option that SAS™ does. We also will offer delivery within the Liverpool CBD area² once our business is known to the wider Liverpool community. These two factors, a quick, healthy lunch; and delivery will provide “SAS’ with a competitive edge which will make our product more appealing.

Scoop-a-Soup™ aims to providing customers with fast, healthy options for lunch at a competitive price to meet the demands of those who have little time on there hands, especially those who work.
