INTRODUCTION
I have a small company that start to work in 2006.I have café- restaurants in center of Belgrade and two partners that I worked with. I want to mention that my company is not on stock exchange.First restaurant we opened in January 2006,and the second we open in March 2008.
The name of my restaurant are “LIBRARY”

1.What are the industry’s dominant economic features?
As you can see from my introduction my business is in frame of service industry, more precisely, my company is specialized in café-restaurants business .The competition in this kind of industry is very strong in Belgrade. But also, market is huge,because the mentality of people in Belgrade “takes them” to the restaurants and cafes all over the day.When we started and thinking about how we should start, we made one,up to me,important decision and one great brand idea.The decision was that we open first café restaurant in heart of Belgrade on a best location, so we can further fight with competitors with our brand that can be well seen. The brand idea was that we call our café restaurant the “LIBRARY“, where you can in a warm atmosphere drink the finest coffe,eat delicious food,and READ A BOOKS.Of course,we protect our idea in Serbia and EU,so we attend to spread our job in future.We profiled our menu look,that is very recognize and standardize with a very competitive prices.So,from that point of view we are not endangered, especially, because of our great position(in meaning of where we are located)
2.What kinds of competitive forces are industry members facing?
