Improve English is easy. The first step is to study hard. You have to understand vocabulary and grammar. In English sentences we must use “Subject+Verb(Beverb)+Object. For example, “I play basketball”.In this sentence “I” is the Subject , “play” is the Verb and “basketball” is the Object. You must remember words and parts of speech. For example “graduate” is a verb, “graduation” is a noun. You cannot put graduation in the verb position.
The second step is reading and writing. When you read the English materials you will be able to know different words that have the same meaning. However, they are different parts of speech. You have to remember this role. If you see a word but you don’t know the meaning of the word, try to read all of sentence. Don’t look up the dictionary, immediately. Try to guess the meaning of the word. Probably, you will know this word’s meaning. After that you can look up the dictionary to make sure the meaning. When you have experience of reading, check your grammar and parts of speech are correct. You will be able to make a sentence.
The last step is listening. This part is the most difficult because Americans speak English very well and fast. The first time, you can just hear words.
