Annual Meeting-: In BA Annual meeting board of directors and all shareholders make new strategy to improve services and introduce new policy within the system to make organisation more effective. This meeting is known as the Annual General Meeting.
Investigation of Government -: In case of British Airways government inspection is on regular basis for issue like security of people and airlines from terrorism, environment issue, food inspection etc. Investigation by the government and pressure can change the way of working of British Airways
Feedback Questionnaires-: Customer agreement and the judgment of all the stakeholders is the key to significant British Airways success. British Airways needs to understand its stakeholders, customers and employees to form better business decisions. Customer satisfaction is monitored by a complete and detailed ongoing survey, the GPM (Global Performance Monitor) which measures feedback to all aspects of British Airways service.
