Business Law is a set of policies that standardize an individuals’ demeanor and business within the society. Businesses have been regulated by the United States Constitution since after the independence in the late 70s and those regulations are governed by the federal government. The purposes of the regulations are to keep peace the in workplace and to shape the moral standards and preventing the forceful issues in the bureaus’ environment. However, have the constitutional rights had any effect on businesses? Each organization has the responsibility to respect individuals’ rights in his or her operation, which is the reason many organizations have implemented a code of conduct. A code of conduct can be used to represent the policies and procedures set within the organization and employees.
