Introduction
This report will detail the numerous conference facilities which other hotels offer as well as some the equipment available to hire with their conference rooms.

Conference Equipment
Many of the hotels provide various equipment to their customers, some hotel charge for these; others are included in the overall price. All of the hotels researched covered some basic conference equipment such as:

o Flip Charts
o Basic Stationary (pens and paper)
o Basic Audio visual systems, such as TVs or speaker systems

Other hotels have included some extra features which give them a more professional appeal these include personal computers and projection systems.

To make the Seatown Hotel appear more professional it is best to offer more exclusive equipment to clients, very few hotels offer this kind of service to their customers and for the hotel to advance as a premier hotel it is best to include this equipment

o Video conferencing
o Web casting

Having this modern technology available our conference room can only benefit the hotel in a positive way.

Every hotel offers numerous services to its customers for the Seatown hotel to be the best; we would need to offer a service which no other offers. These services can include any thing form transport to insurance.

Out of the researched hotels, there were a variety of services covered but only offering a few, so it is paramount if the hotel were to offer a whole package.
