As the market for healthy foods and drinks expand and become more competitive, the smoothie that will stand out in the midst of this intense competition are Bliss Smoothies. As a marketing consultant for ABC Plc I plan on launching Bliss Smoothies amongst the competition of healthy foods and drinks in Ireland. New opportunities appear from the changes in the environment. These healthy smoothies will be geared towards the young hard working professionals who seem to be too busy to eat healthy. To busy young working professionals, Bliss Smoothies provides a quick and healthy drink which allows you to get your daily nutrition of fruits through a freshly made smoothie, as opposed to other leading smoothie competitors.
Bliss Smoothies is a new global brand of smoothies which are planning to be launched in the Irish markets. The most important aspects of launching Bliss Smoothies are the segmentation, targeting, and positioning of the brand. Segmentation is defined as the division of a market into different groups of customers with distinctly similar needs and product/services requirements (Marketing). Targeting is determining which of the segments should be targeted. While positioning is defined as the means by which goods and services can be differentiated from one another and so give consumers a reason to buy (Marketing).
