Basic Strategic Start For Apple

Abstract
My research and assignment is based on APPLE Inc. Company which has recently transformed itself into a leading technology and entertainment company in the present business world. Tracking their vision, mission and core values; my ideology is to know the success strategy of the company and the competitive advantages it holds. My concept evolves on looking the best strategy to follow for this techno giant and the threats it may face in the future. The theme is to go for a innovative and continuous process, well planned, long detailed but with a short vision and a dynamic approach which would fetch the company a comparative growth in the recession time and a advantage over its peers. The strategy and analysis part would be based on considering the electronic industry environment and the current evolutions and trends taking place.

Apple Inc. is an American multinational company widely spread across 9 countries which designs consumer electronics such as computing, phones, music player and software products like iTunes and Mac Operating software.
History
Formed in 1976 by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne to produce personal computer. The company has always believed in innovation and bought new concepts like PDA phones, etc but its fortune began from 1998 with Intel-Mac processor. It is now a market leader in stylish computers, music players and now also in phones.
Mission
To go for Technological pioneering that is to produce new, small yet powerful user friendly products with individual choice in mind. To provide freedom to its employees to think and act in an innovative way as they are the most integral part of the organization.
