Intro:
The Balance Scorecard was defined to and created to meet Mooks values, mission, vision, and SWOT analysis. The Balance Scorecard shows what matters in achieving the mission at hand and is kind of a frame work to achieving a strategy. The Balance Scorecard presents a widespread view of the factors that influence performance and growth. There are four perspectives underlined in the Balance Scorecard: Financial, Learning and Growth, Customer, and Internal Business Process. Utilizing these four perspectives this paper is going to discuss how the objectives from your vision, mission, values, and SWOTT analysis were derived.
Mooks has a mission, a vision and values that will stand strong and lead this business into the future. A SWOTT analysis has been performed and each perspective takes a different part of the SWOT, vision, mission and values into consideration.
