A celebration meeting was convened on March 18, 2005 in Mercury, the company’s main conference room. The room was filled with employees from all departments, who could hardly hold their excitement as Garry Tiller; the CEO was elaborating their success story at the recent SpeechTek conference in San Francisco.
“They asked 500 consumers to call the applications and measured caller satisfaction and the ability to complete the task of ordering baseball tickets in a single call. By scoring over 90 percent, AutoSpeech was the only company in the competition that qualified for an 'A' rating in VocaLabs' completion benchmark." announced Garry proudly. “AutoSpeech seems to be the talk of the town.
