As you consultant I feel as though this company is headed towards the right direction. When I first started here Bead bar had no direction. There was no network, no programs and no website. As the weeks have moved along so has bead bar. Your company has come a long way. I have provided bead bar with a good insight to technology. You now know the advantages of becoming a digitalized company. As you know by now technology has its ups and downs but in the end its better to embrace the future and what it has to offer. When I first started to work as your consultant I heard from all your employees from the president to human resources. Everyone had a turn to give their opinion and I did my best to fulfill their needs. They all had one thing in common. They all wanted me to make their jobs easier. I provided a filing system to keep records of store sales, employee records, inventory, orders and scheduling. I have done my best to eliminate all paper work and digitalized everything. I have also given you recommendations on how best to back up your files in case of a virus or theft. I recommended a company that would be great at keeping your information secure and safe. I recommended that Bead bar move ahead and create a website to boost business and advertising. I wanted to make bead bar a better company by offering a better way to organize, work, save time and communicate. As I now come close to the end of my job I feel confident that Bead bar is headed toward the right direction. I know that bead bar is going to grow more. If you take my direction seriously your company will have a bright future.
