Affirmative Action

An effective strategy and plan concerning implementing affirmative action contributes to creating a different environment in the office. The designed plan should focus on numerous aspects of a business as well as motivate positive company progress, growth, and change. The companies’ executives should feel enthusiastic about making a positive change to their business in order success will come.
For example, if Ukrainian company has 15 or more employees, anybody can’t discriminate against individuals because of their race, color, religion, national origin, sex, and age or citizenship status. CEO must give equal employment opportunities to all individuals without discriminating based on any classification.
There will always be both positive and negative factors when following a business development such as affirmative action. The most important issue to focus on is whether the positive reactions compensate the negative one. Affirmative action is a difficult and complex process of beginning applying and I believe it is important as company executives to review both the pros and cons before taking action. Firstly, let’s take a positive side, a company will do good to creating and implementing an affirmative action plan by allowing diverse group of people to be employed (I mean disabled individuals and society's minorities). People, suffering with mental or physical disabilities, have enough qualifications for companies’ hiring expectations. So, they will bring a much needed diverse network to the companies.
